  1. Introduction AuditSnap 17025 is a mobile internal audit assistant for ISO/IEC 17025 testing laboratories. The app is designed to help users create internal audits, record clause-wise audit observations, attach evidence, manage nonconformities, generate PDF/Excel reports, and maintain local backup/export files. This Privacy Policy explains how AuditSnap 17025 handles information entered, captured, imported, generated, stored, exported, or shared by users.
  2. Local-Only Data Storage AuditSnap 17025 is designed as a local-device application. The app does not use a cloud server, web server, online database, or automatic remote synchronization. Audit data is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user manually exports, shares, transfers, backs up, or restores data using app functions.
  3. Information Stored in the App Depending on user activity, the app may store the following information locally on the device: • Laboratory or company profile details, such as company name, address, contact details, accreditation details, report title, and logo. • Audit details, such as audit number, audit date, department or area audited, auditor name, auditee name, audit scope, remarks, and audit status. • Clause-wise audit entries, including documentation status, implementation status, observations, remarks, and nonconformity status. • Imported clause text or checklist text provided by the user. • Photo evidence, document evidence, and related captions or clause references. • Test witness details entered by the user. • Nonconformity, correction, corrective action, responsibility, target date, verification, and closure information. • PDF/Excel reports generated by the user. • Backup, archive, export, restore, and transfer package files created by the user.
  4. Camera, Files, and Storage Access AuditSnap 17025 may request access to the camera or file picker when the user chooses to capture photo evidence, import documents, import logo files, import clause text templates, or select backup/restore files. These permissions are used only for app functions selected by the user. The app does not automatically upload captured photos, documents, reports, or backups to any server.
  5. Data Sharing AuditSnap 17025 does not automatically share user data with Quality Geek, the developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or any third-party server. Users may manually share or export data using device sharing options, such as email, messaging apps, cloud storage apps, file managers, or other applications installed on the device. When the user chooses to share/export files, the handling of those files is controlled by the selected external application or service.
  6. No Advertising or Analytics AuditSnap 17025 does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. If advertising, analytics, licensing, payment, or cloud features are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
  7. Data Retention and Deletion Data remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears app data, deletes generated files, uninstalls the app, or restores/replaces the database from a backup. Users are responsible for managing their own audit records, backup files, exported reports, and shared files.
  8. Data Security AuditSnap 17025 stores data locally within the app’s storage area and app-created folders on the device. Users should protect their device with appropriate security controls such as screen lock, device encryption, secure backups, and controlled sharing of exported reports or backup files. AuditSnap 17025 cannot control the security of files after the user manually exports, shares, copies, emails, uploads, or transfers them outside the app.
  9. ISO/IEC 17025 Clause Text and User-Imported Content AuditSnap 17025 may allow users to import clause text or checklist content from user-provided sources. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right or permission to use any imported standard text, checklist text, logo, document, image, or other content. The app does not claim ownership of user-imported content.
  10. Children’s Privacy AuditSnap 17025 is intended for professional and educational use by laboratories, auditors, trainers, trainees, and quality personnel. It is not directed to children.
  11. Changes to this Privacy Policy Quality Geek may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing the revised policy.
